History of Mahindra Blues Festival

Mahindra Blues Festival inauguration took place in 2011 which is one such music fest whose popularity has no limitation. By the time eight years passed since its birth where every year has been eventful for it.  Not to mention the first event was a big hit where many national and international artists came to perform. 

Well, at its very first event Buddy Guy, who is the five-time Grammy winner went live. Other presentation from the famous International artist at 2011 includes Jonny Lang, Matt Schofield, and Shemekia Copeland. Some of the national artist in the inaugurated event were Soulmate, Saturday Night Blues band, and The Luke Kenny Mojo Jukebox. 

When Mahindra Blues Festival celebrated?

As the fest always hit the stage in February which already began this year. The two days fest this year date on 10th and 11th of February at the fixed venue which is Mehboob studio. The great lineup in the current year brings some of the powerhouses of talents. For example, Walter Wolfman Washington, British Blues legend John Mayall and New Orleans Bluesman Walter Wolfman Washington.
